Cord was incredibly knowledgeable, beyond helpful and so patient with my husband and I. We are both self employed and we were worried about the approval process, but Cord was able to help us make our dream come true! The property we purchased had some challenges due to its location, but Cord was able to make it all go smoothly. He was extra thorough during our pre approval process as well, so there were no surprises or challenges when it was time to close. Now we’re just hoping for the interest rates to drop so he can help us refinance at a lower rate down the road.
